Mary Ciccarelli

Dr. Mary Ciccarelli is the Morris Green Professor of Pediatrics and Professor of Clinical Medicine and Clinical Pediatrics at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM).

As a primary care Med-Peds physician, she sees patients at Eskenazi Health community health centers. She is the founding medical director of the Indiana Complex Care Coordination Collaborative and co-directs the IUSM Early Autism Evaluation statewide primary care network.

Dr. Ciccarelli has spent much of her career building infrastructure that did not exist. She founded and directed the Center for Youth and Adults with Conditions of Childhood, a statewide program supporting the transition of children with special needs from pediatric to adult care. In medical education, she has served as the IUSM Medicine-Pediatrics residency director and vice chair for education in pediatrics, contributing to curriculum development across both roles.

Her current focus is improving systems of care for people with complex needs and disabilities across the lifespan.
